- We are a part of a ministry in Burlington, WA called Tierra Nueva, which is "new earth." Tierra Nueva's focus is to seek lost sheep until they are found - in the jails, among the homeless and in serving the poor, primarily to Hispanic migrant communities of Skagit Valley.
